I have a real problem with record reviews...and yes, they'll always be “records” to me. I can listen to a piece of music, and on first impression, think it's one of the greatest things I've ever heard. Then some review in a music magazine or online blog will be less enthusiastic, and I'll immediately question my own opinion.
